Leverage custom fonts to brand the surveys
Updated
The Custom Font Support feature in Survey Builder allows organizations to apply their brand‑approved font families directly within surveys. By uploading fonts into the Asset Manager, teams can make them instantly available across all font selection menus. This enhancement strengthens brand consistency, expands creative flexibility, and delivers a polished, on‑brand survey experience, without the need for external design tools or manual workarounds.
Business Use Cases
Custom fonts allow you to upload brand‑approved font families into the Asset Manager and use them seamlessly across all font selection menus in Survey Builder, ensuring consistent branding and polished design across every survey and campaign.
With custom font support, surveys now visually align with the company’s brand identity, offering design flexibility by removing dependency on predefined fonts and allowing teams to use their own. This enhancement improves readability and aesthetics, ensures reusability by adding uploaded fonts to the organization’s shared asset library, and enables faster creation as survey creators can instantly apply brand fonts without relying on external editing.
Prerequisites
To use this feature, you need permission to create surveys and access to Asset Manager.
Setting Up Custom Fonts
Upload Custom Font
Navigate to Digital Asset Manager (by typing it in the Universal Search bar or navigate to Assets in Sprinklr Social and click Assets) and click Create Asset.
Scroll down and navigate to Advanced Options and select Font Family.

In the Create New Asset page, add all the font details and upload the font file from the system and click Save.

Apply Custom Fonts in Survey Builder
Navigate to Survey Builder.
To modify the font style of text elements like survey header titles, access the font selection dropdown menu and scroll through the list to see all the custom fonts that have been uploaded.
You can select the custom uploaded fonts that will appear with a separate marker text “custom“ on the right of the font title within drop-down.

Preview the Survey
Select "Preview" to confirm that custom fonts are displaying correctly on different devices.
Key point to note
One font family can help display one font only.
Best Practices
Verify that you have the necessary licenses before uploading any font family that is considered proprietary.
