The Audit feature tracks current and past conversations and provides access to the Debug Log, offering insights into response accuracy, language comprehension, and error handling to help optimize the Sprinklr AI Agent’s performance.
Access Audit Logs
On the Sprinklr AI Agent window, click Audit Logs from the left navigation pane to view the detailed debug panel.

The Audit Log window provides a detailed, chronological record of all actions and events that occur within a workflow. It is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and traceability for every case handled in the system.
The Audit Log is divided into three panes:
1. Cases (Left Pane)
This pane highlights all the cases displays a searchable list of cases handled by the AI Agent with:
Case IDs (e.g., #12505883)
Message snippets
Timestamps (e.g., “6d” for six days ago)
Engagement indicators like comments or replies.
2. Case Details Panel (Center Pane)
It shows the selected case details which includes:
Case ID and Status (e.g., Case #12505883 – New)
User messages and responses.
CRM notes or system actions (e.g., adding custom fields, live chat interactions).
3. Audit Log Panel (Right Pane)
This pane displays a chronological list of workflow events with timestamps. Common entries include:
Workflow Initiation (e.g., “Router” task started at 2:00 PM)
Task Actions (specific steps taken within a task)
Workflow Handover (e.g., from “Router” to “TV Equipment Return”)
Detailed Metadata: Case ID, User help text, Request description (e.g., “Marcus wants this sorted quickly”), Associated task details.
Select the conversation to view its Debug Log to review each step taken during the conversation, along with Workflow Handovers, and identify how the AI Agent responded at each stage.
The purpose of the Audit Log is to track every step in the workflow process and provide complete visibility into task initiation and completion, workflow transitions, and both system and user actions. It ensures compliance and accountability by maintaining a permanent record of all events, making it easier to monitor processes, verify actions, and support auditing requirements.
