This article explains how to integrate content from your Knowledge Base into an AI Agent application using Sprinklr. By syncing your content repository, you enable your AI Agent to deliver accurate, context-aware responses to user queries.

When to Use the Knowledge Base Content Source

Use the Knowledge Base as a content source when your AI Agent needs to answer questions using information from:

  • Sprinklr Knowledgebase

  • Your brand’s Content Management System (CMS)

If you're using a CMS, connect it to the Sprinklr Knowledge Base to transfer content seamlessly. Once integrated, the AI Agent can access and learn from this content, improving its ability to respond accurately.

Benefits of Syncing with the Knowledge Base

  • Keeps your AI Agent’s knowledge up to date

  • Enables content filtering by language, tags, or custom fields

  • Supports automatic synchronization at scheduled intervals

  • Ensures only relevant and approved content is used

Sync Knowledge Base Content

  1. Navigate to the Training Content window and under the Knowledge Base section, click View All.

  2. In the Knowledge Base window, click Add Knowledge Base in the top-right corner.

  3. In the Add Content widget, toggle Enable Auto Sync to activate time-based synchronization.Use the Filter option to select specific articles for inclusion. Use conditions such as locale to filter articles by language. This ensures your AI Agent uses content that aligns with your audience’s language and preferences.

  4. Click Save in the bottom-right corner to finalize the setup.

Note:

  • The system will Create, Update, or Delete articles based on the latest filter criteria.

  • Content refreshes automatically according to the sync schedule and filter settings.
