Prompt not coming up

Please ensure the following:

1. Make sure your creative is linked to an intercept

2. That the intercept is in active state

3. The intercept schedule has not expired
   

   
   

4. Recheck the intercept conditions to make sure you have configured the right page URLs and the URL actually has the associated Livechat application embedded

5. If you have put Is Conversation Open as a filter condition, it could be that you have an ongoing active conversation and that is why prompt is not coming. Try to open the same URL in a new incognito window and see if the prompt is coming or not

Clicking on prompt not showing welcome/conditional messages

Clickin on prompt will NOT showcase the welcome or conditional messages that you have defined in the live chat builder. Proactive prompt interactions have to handled differently using a message level rule to capture the first message and then triggering the appropriate bot flow
