By tapping into Sprinklr’s brand database and built‑in industry intelligence, the hub delivers actionable insights tailored to business objectives. Across industries, whether retail, financial services, technology, or beyond, teams can quickly deploy best‑in‑class dashboards that align with both vertical and sub‑vertical priorities, enabling faster, smarter, and more strategic decision‑making.

How will Use-case Hub benefit Social Listening?

  • Streamlined workflows: The Use Case Hub redefines efficiency by condensing the dashboard creation process into two intuitive steps. You simply input your vertical, sub-vertical, and brand, and voilà! Within moments, a fully customized dashboard tailored to your specific needs is generated. This eliminates the need for manual configuration, saving your valuable time and resources.

The Use Case Hub recognizes this and delivers insights that are tailored to the specific vertical, sub-vertical, and brand preferences of each you. Whether you are in the fashion industry tracking the latest trends or in the healthcare sector monitoring consumer sentiment, our tool ensures that the insights you receive are relevant, actionable, and aligned with your business objectives.

Setting Up Use Case Hub

The navigation steps are listed below:

  1. Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then go to Listening Dashboards under Custom.

  2. Go to the Listening Dashboards and click + Create Dashboard. The Use Case Hub is divided into 4 different sections:

    1. Industry

    2. Source

    3. Event

    4. Audience

Industry

The use-case hub provides a dashboard of industry best practice use-cases and the ability to create dashboards using AI.

Build Dashboard with AI+: You can quickly create a custom dashboard for your brand based on your goals, topics and preferences.

  • Once you select the Use Case, Build Dashboard with AI+ and click Create. Once you are on the dashboard builder, you will have 4 options to create the dashboard:

    • What is the sentiment around my brand?

    • Top influencers discussing my brand.

    • Top news around my brand.

    • Top campaigns of my competitor brands last month.

      You can identify the use case, select the appropriate dashboard input, define theme pillars, and validate the overall use case structure. Once complete, the review dashboard option will help to generate the dashboard, and then you can save the dashboard.

  • Create Your Own: You can create a personalized dashboard by adding the widgets you prefer.

    • Custom Dashboard Creation: You can build a customized dashboard by selecting, arranging, and resizing widgets (e.g., sentiment trackers, news aggregators, influencer analytics).

      To create a custom dashboard, complete the Dashboard Details section by specifying the dashboard name, selecting the folder where it will reside, and adding relevant tags. You can then choose the recipients with whom you wish to share the dashboard

  • Brand and Industry Use Cases: These use cases include the following 6 use cases

    • Top News Around Your Brand: You can identify news articles that feature your brand name in the title to analyze sentiment and uncover the key topics being discussed.

    • Influencers Discussing Your Brand: You can identify influential voices mentioning your brand and distinguish between promoters and detractors to better guide engagement strategies.

    • Sentiments Around Your Brand: You can analyze shifts in brand sentiment and identify the underlying reasons behind both positive and negative changes.

    • Top Social Posts Around Your Brand: You can identify social posts that mention your brand to analyze sentiment and uncover key topics of discussion.

    • Top Advocates and Detractors of Your Brand: You can identify users who consistently promote or criticize your brand, enabling you to better engage with advocates and proactively address detractors.

    • Partnership Monitoring: You can measure how brand partnership initiatives are being received by the public and analyze the key topics of discussion surrounding them.

  • Brand and industry use cases can be enabled by leveraging existing topics and the brand database

    You can select the Sources section, which is further categorized into 4 different sections:

    • Subreddit Monitoring: You can monitor subreddit activity to identify key discussions, analyze sentiment drivers, and highlight influential community voices.

    • Twitter Handle Monitoring: You can track the content and performance of selected X (Twitter) handles to evaluate the effectiveness of your owned media.

    • Tiktok Discovery: You can identify top hashtags, trending audio tracks, creators and trending keywords to monitor what’s gaining traction across different markets.

    Event

    You can select the Events section, which is further categorized into two different sections:

    • Super Bowl: You can monitor the buzz around the Super Bowl event and identify the key areas of conversation.

    • Tariff Monitoring: You can track conversations related to tariffs and analyze the sentiment surrounding them to gain deeper insights into public perception and discussion trends.

    You can enhance your dashboard by leveraging the Sprinklr Global Event Query together with existing Topics. To further personalize your experience, refine search results using advanced options, either by creating new Topics or selecting from those already available.

    Audience

    You can select the Audience section, which is further categorized into three different sections:

    • Millennial Audience Segment Monitoring: You can track conversations and sentiment trends among millennial audiences to better understand their perspectives and engagement patterns.

    • CXO Audience Segment Monitoring: You can monitor executive-level conversations and opinions about your brand or industry to gain insights into leadership perspectives and strategic sentiment.

    • GenZ Audience Segment Monitoring: You can analyze conversations among Gen Z audiences across platforms to uncover their interests, sentiment, and emerging trends.

    Enhance your dashboard by integrating Sprinklr Audience Query Study with your existing topics. You can then fine‑tune search results using advanced refinement tools, either by creating new topics or selecting from those already available.

    Topics are created by defining rules (keywords, phrases, Boolean logic) and/or AI-based intent and entity models that automatically group incoming content matching those criteria into a single topic.

    Topics in Sprinklr are fetched by continuously ingesting data from connected channels (social, news, web, forums, etc.)
