Setting Up Use Case Hub
The navigation steps are listed below:
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then go to Listening Dashboards under Custom.

Go to the Listening Dashboards and click + Create Dashboard. The Use Case Hub is divided into 4 different sections:
