With Use Case Hub, users can execute use-cases in just two guided steps. Leveraging Sprinklr's brand database and built-in industry-specific intelligence, the Use Case Hub delivers actionable insights that are closely aligned to your business objectives.
Whether you're in retail, financial services, technology, or any other sector, the Use Case Hub enables your teams to deploy best-in-class dashboards that reflect both vertical and sub-vertical priorities - this aids faster, smarter, and more strategic decision-making.
How will Use-case Hub benefit Social Listening?
Streamlined workflows: The Use Case Hub redefines efficiency by condensing the dashboard creation process into two intuitive steps. You simply input your vertical, sub-vertical, and brand, and voilà! Within moments, a fully customized dashboard tailored to your specific needs is generated. This eliminates the need for manual configuration, saving your valuable time and resources.
Tailored Insights with simplified dashboard creation: One size does not fit all when it comes to data analytics. The Use Case Hub recognizes this and delivers insights that are tailored to the specific vertical, sub-vertical, and brand preferences of each you. Whether you are in the fashion industry tracking the latest trends or in the healthcare sector monitoring consumer sentiment, our tool ensures that the insights you receive are relevant, actionable, and aligned with your business objectives.
Best-in-Class Themes: It offers a range of best-in-class themes that are meticulously curated to categorize and organize your data effectively. Whether you are tracking brand sentiment, monitoring market trends, or analysing consumer behaviour, our themes categorize your data into meaningful segments, providing valuable insights instantly.

How does Use Case Hub work?
Let's have a look at the navigation steps:
Go to Sprinklr Insights and navigate to Listening Dashboards under Custom.
Navigate to Listening Dashboard: Click + Create Dashboard.
Industry and Sub-Vertical: In the Use Case Hub section, go to Industry section and select industry from the list of industries and select the sub-vertical in the sub-vertical section. For recurring users, your previous selections will be pre-selected automatically.
Sources: In the Use Case Hub section, go to Sources section and select the sources. There are 4 different sources that can be selected by you.
Subreddit Monitoring
Twitter Handle Monitoring
TikTok Discovery
TikTok Mentions and Hashtags Listenings (coming soon)
You can choose any of these sources, click 'Next', and provide the necessary details. You can add a topic name, specify the source URL, and define keywords to include as well as mentions to exclude from the fetched results.
Use Case Gallery: Once you have selected the industry and sub-vertical we can now select the various use-cases available for industry and sub-vertical. You can change your industry and sub-vertical using the drop down menu located at the top of the gallery. Click Next to proceed further after selecting the use-cases.
Select and Customize Use Case: Go to Dashboard Details section and fill in the details:
Dashboard Name: Enter a meaningful name to the dashboard.
Folder: Select a folder where you would want to host the dashboard.
Use Tags to group similar dashboards: Select Tags that are needed for your dashboard.
Share this dashboard with: You can select the recepient with who you would want to share the dashboard with.
Click Create.
Preview and Save Your Dashboard: Once you’ve completed the form, a preview of your dashboard will be generated. You can then save it to unlock the full functionality and insights offered by the Use Case Hub.
Setting up Use Case Dashboard (UCH Dashboard)
Exploring the right usecase: The Use Case Gallery features a curated collection of pre-built use cases, each designed to address specific business challenges across a range of industries. Every use case is tailored to deliver actionable insights aligned with your brand’s unique goals. Here’s how you can quickly find the one that best fits your needs:
Use Case Gallery: The gallery includes primary used use-cases such as:
Brand Health Monitoring: Gain in-depth insights into brand sentiment, audience engagement, and overall social media presence.
Customer Experience Monitoring: Track and understand customer feedback across every stage of the journey to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Competitor Share of Voice (SOV) Monitoring: Benchmark your brand’s visibility and perception against key competitors.
Product Monitoring: Monitor conversations and sentiment around your products to uncover opportunities and areas for improvement.
Campaign Monitoring: Evaluate the reach, engagement, and effectiveness of your marketing campaigns in real time.
Crisis Monitoring: Detect early warning signs of potential crises and respond swiftly to protect your brand reputation.
Influencer Monitoring: Monitor influencer activity and assess their impact on brand perception and engagement.
Every use case is purpose-built to answer key business questions. Select the one that matches your goals for the most relevant insights.
Select Your Use-Case: Once you’ve selected the right use case, click to proceed. The Use Case Hub will then display an input form to collect the necessary details for configuring your dashboard.
Input Form: The input form is a crucial step in setting up your Use Case Dashboard, ensuring that the final output is tailored to your specific needs and business objectives.
Structure of Input Forms: Each input form includes a set of required fields that must be completed to configure your dashboard effectively. These fields help personalize the dashboard based on your selected use case.
Brand Input: Select your brand.
Choose an existing Listening Topic related to your brand.
Select your brand from the Sprinklr Brand Database.
The Sprinklr Brand Database allows you to create a brand entity–based topic. This ensures that your dashboard captures the most relevant and contextual mentions of your brand, minimizing noise from unrelated content.
Use Case Specific Inputs: Based on the selected use case, you may be prompted to enter additional information to refine your dashboard further. These inputs can include:
Competitor Brands or Topics – for Competitor Share of Voice Monitoring
Campaign Topics or Hashtags – for Campaign Monitoring
Product Names – for Product Monitoring
Influencer Handles – for Influencer Monitoring. These tailored inputs ensure your dashboard delivers focused, actionable insights specific to your use case.
Preview Dashboard: After filling out the input form, the system generates a preview dashboard based on your inputs.
How the Preview Dashboard Works: Sprinklr’s system pulls relevant data from the Database, a free data pool accessible via Quick Search, to populate the preview.
Note: The data shown in the preview may differ from what appears in the final saved dashboard, depending on the data available within your specific Sprinklr environment.
The preview dashboard comes pre-configured with themes tailored to your selected industry and use case combination. These themes are visible in the right-hand info panel to provide added context and clarity.
Purpose of the Preview Dashboard: The preview serves several key purposes
Visualize the Final Output: See how your dashboard will look once saved.
Understand Dashboard Intent: Gain clarity on the specific business questions the dashboard is designed to answer.
Validate Expectations: Ensure the dashboard aligns with your needs before finalizing. If you're satisfied with the preview, simply save it to add the dashboard to your Listening Dashboards for ongoing use and analysis.
Save Dashboard Form: To finalize and save your dashboard, complete a brief form with the following fields:
Dashboard Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name that clearly reflects the purpose of the dashboard.
Dashboard Folder: Choose the destination folder where the dashboard will be stored for easy access and organization.
Dashboard Tags (Optional): Add relevant tags to help categorize your dashboard, making it easier to search and retrieve later.
Dashboard Sharing Permissions: Define who can access and collaborate on the dashboard by setting:
Users or User Groups to share with.
Permission Levels: View or Edit access.
Once all required fields are completed, click Save to finalize and add the dashboard to your Listening Dashboards.
