User Roles and Permissions

Get familiar with all the roles and permissions available for the Location Insights module.
To make sure that new users in your Sprinklr environment are set up with the appropriate access and capabilities within Location Insights, you want to ensure that their role is granted the right permissions. To review the basics of adding users, see Add a User, and to learn more about permission, see Roles and Permissions.
Enablement note: Adding Users and defining Roles and Permissions is an Admin feature, and users must have permission to perform these governing actions in an environment.
The permission for viewing the Location Insights dashboard, data, and settings allows users to access these features within Location Insights. Administrative actions to view, create, edit, and delete within Location Management and Location Insights Management are likewise governed by permissions.
Note: In addition to the permissions noted below, access to Location Insights requires permission to access Listening Insights, where Location Insights is found.

Location Dashboards

Location Data
