Kirk has worked in HR for over a decade, leading large, cross-functional, and global projects across the tech, biotech, and medical device/software industries. With experience at companies ranging from 300 to 6,000 employees, he’s passionate about variety, collaboration, and the learning that comes from working across functions and cultures. His first deep dive into cross-cultural experiences began as a high school exchange student - and he’s been saying yes to new challenges ever since.
