Recruitment Scam Alert: Phishing Scam Impersonating Sprinklr

We’ve recently learned that scammers are impersonating Sprinklr recruiters and executives to trick job seekers. If you’re applying for a role with us or thinking about it, here’s what you need to know to stay safe.

What’s happening?

Scammers are sending fake job offers via email and voicemail, claiming to be from Sprinklr. In some cases, they’re even asking for payment in Bitcoin. (Yes, really!)

These messages may look convincing, but they’re 100% fraudulent. We’re doing everything we can to shut them down and the best defense is awareness.

Here’s what you can expect from a real Sprinklr recruitment process:

• Our first touch will always be via our official careers page or a verified recruiter on LinkedIn or email
• We will never ask you to pay for anything during the recruitment process
• We will never send job offers directly from Sprinklr executives
• We will never ask for sensitive personal information (like your bank details) in early conversations
• All communication will come from a verified Sprinklr domain (e.g., @sprinklr.com)

Red flags to watch out for:

• Job offers that seem too good to be true
• Requests for payment or financial information
• Emails from suspicious domains or personal email addresses
• Messages claiming to be directly from Sprinklr executives
• Pressure to act quickly or secrecy around the process

What to do if you’re contacted by a scammer:

1. Don’t engage. Block the sender immediately.

2. Report it. Forward the message to security@sprinklr.com

3. Stay alert. If something feels off, trust your instincts and verify through official channels.
