Gainsight Community - Account Addition

We are introducing an integration with Gainsight Community, a community management platform similar to Lithium/Khoros that enables peer-to-peer engagement. It brings customers, users, and product teams together in a collaborative, self-service environment for Q&A, idea sharing, product updates, and customer success discussions.

Steps to Add Gainsight Community Account to Sprinklr

  1. Navigate to Settings
    Go to Sprinklr Platform's Launch Pad > All Settings > Account Management (on the left pane of the All settings window).

  2. Add a New Account
    Click + Add Account in the top right corner to begin the process of adding a new account.

  3. Select Gainsight Community

    From the available platform list, choose Gainsight Community.

    Once you click on Gainsight Community, the account setup form opens. In this form, enter the details for your Gainsight Community account. These credentials correspond to your native Gainsight Community account.

    Note: Add the Base Url for your community in the Community Url field.

  4. Fetch Categories

    After adding the details, click Fetch Categories. This will retrieve all categories where discussions are taking place.
    Select the desired categories by checking the box next to each category name.

  5. Submit Account Details

    Once you have selected the required categories, click Submit. The selected accounts will be added to Sprinklr as Gainsight Community Accounts.
