Standard Metrics Configuration

Updated

Allowing partners to configure Sprinklr standard metrics according to their social strategies.

Workspace-level Configuration

Workspace-level configuration is now enabled, allowing you to define Sprinklr common metrics in their own way, using custom formulas. Since the definitions of basic social media metrics—such as engagement rate—can vary from one brand to another, this feature helps avoid the need to create custom common metrics, by making a few standard metrics configurable.

Examples:

  • Total Engagements can now be configured to include not just likes, shares, and comments, but also channel-specific granular engagement metrics.

  • Average Engagement Rate can now be calculated across individual posts, rather than as an overall average.

  • Post Likes for Instagram can be configured to represent either post likes or reel likes, depending on the partner's specific use case.

Standard Metrics

Standard Metrics are available in Reporting Settings.

Depending on your permissions, you can either view the formulas being used or edit the setup. You can also view the Activity Log (Audit Log) for any changes made.

Enablement Process

Permissions: Within Reporting, under the Service Reporting Configuration screen, you can choose either View or Edit access based on your requirements.

Note: This is currently a limited availability feature. And, access to this feature is controlled by the dynamic property: <REPORTING_ADVANCE_SETTING_ENABLED>. To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
