Business Use Cases
Expanding Survey Reach Through Social Media: Social media platforms can be leveraged to expand survey reach and increase response rates, especially when traditional channels like email or SMS are less effective. By sharing survey links through posts or reels on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, and strategically timing their distribution, they can engage a wider audience. Real-time performance tracking enables teams to identify high-performing channels and adjust their approach for better results. The feedback collected helps uncover customer preferences and informs data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Expanding your survey’s reach to relevant audiences helps boost engagement and improve response rates, while targeted distribution ensures you collect more accurate and actionable feedback to support better decision-making.

Finally, monitor distribution metrics to confirm that all data is being captured accurately.

Lack of Draft Mode for Unpublished Surveys: You cannot save a distribution as a draft unless the associated survey has been published.
Incorrect Distribution Status Display: The distribution status will always show as "Scheduled," even when the posts within that distribution are already active.
Disabled View Action: The view action is currently unsupported for social distribution.
