Asset Tag model in CMA is a custom, brand specific tagging model that allows you to create your own custom tags to match your terminology, products, and compliance requirements. It lets you define and apply your own tags to media assets, ensuring consistent tagging across teams and workflows.

How to Create Asset Tag Model
Navigate to Asset Tag Models
Open a new tab in Sprinklr.
Go to Sprinklr Marketing > Advertising > Creative Management.
In the Creative Management app, select Asset Tag Model from the left navigation.

Click + Create Asset Tag Model in the top‑right corner.
Step 1: Define Asset Tag Model Details
Enter the following information:
Asset Tag Model Name: Provide a clear and relevant name for your model.
Example: Retail Product Category Tagging
Description: Explain the purpose or use case for the Asset Tag Model.
Example: Tag creatives by retail product type to track performance or organize campaigns.
Asset Type: Select the asset type the model applies to: Image or Video.
After entering all required details, click Next in the bottom-right corner to define asset tag characteristics.
Step 2: Define Asset Tag Characteristics
Add characteristics that describe how assets should be tagged.
Characteristic Name: Enter a meaningful name for the characteristic.
Example: Apparel, Electronics, AccessoriesDescription: Clearly describe the types of media assets this characteristic applies to.
Example: Tag creatives that promote phones, laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices.Media: Upload sample media assets to help define and train the characteristic.

Click + Add Characteristic to include additional characteristics in your model.
Step 3: Test and Review
Upload sample media assets to test how the Asset Tag Model applies tagging rules before deployment.
Click Save & Process in the bottom-right corner to apply the tag characteristics and review the test results.

Once you're satisfied with the test asset tags, click Deploy in the bottom-right corner to deploy your model.
Asset Tag Model Record Manager
Use the Asset Tag Model Record Manager to view and manage all existing models. Refer to the image below to learn more about the available actions in the record manager.

Available Actions
Search – Find and open a specific Asset Tag Model.
Refresh – Reload the list to view the most recent updates.
Show/Hide Filters – Click to hide or display the filters panel.
Manage Columns – Customize which columns appear in the record manager.
Filters – Filter models by asset type or status.
Asset Tag Model Options – Resume, clone, or delete an Asset Tag Model.
View Asset Tag Characteristics – Review all related characteristics and associated assets in the third pane.
Integrate AI+ Studio for Custom Asset Tag Models in Creative Insights
Follow these steps to deploy Asset Tag Models using AI+ Studio:
Open a new tab and scroll to Platform Modules.
Select AI+ Studio under Manage AI Use‑Cases.

In the AI+ Studio screen, click AI Use Cases.

Choose Sprinklr Marketing as your use case.
Under Sprinklr Marketing, select Advertising.
Click Asset Tagging to view existing deployments.

In the Deployments record manager, click + Deployment in the top‑right corner to configure a new deployment.
