Authentication 2.0 Template

You can create Authentication templates to enable customer identity verification through Apple Messages for Business. The Authentication (2.0) template, designed for ease of use and faster setup, allows you to send authentication requests to customers to verify their identity in a simplified and streamlined manner.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure the following requirements are met:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) must be configured in Sprinklr. For steps, see Set Up Single Sign-On.

  • In the Apple Business Manager account, replicate the same SSO details configured in Sprinklr, as shown in the screenshot below:

Steps to Create Authentication 2.0 Template

To create an Authentication 2.0 template, follow these steps:

1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.

2. Under Platform Modules > Integrate, click Digital Asset Management.

3. In the top-right corner, click Create Asset.

4. From the dropdown menu, select Templates > Omni Chat Templates.

5. In the Create New Asset window, enter the template name and description in the Basic Details section.

6. Under the Asset Specific section, make the following selection:

  • Channel: Select Apple Messages for Business

  • Template Type: Select Authentication (2.0)

7. Configure the Received Message:

  • Upload an image

  • Enter a title

  • Enter a subtitle

8. Configure the Reply Message accordingly.

9. In the Asset Details section, fill in relevant information such as Campaigns, Status, Available From, Visible From, and Expiry dates.

10. Apply the desired Properties to the asset.

11. Set any Additional Details such as Available From, Visible From, Visible Until, and Schedule Time.

12. In the Asset Sharing section, select the Workspaces and Users/User Groups you want to share the asset with.

13. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

After the template is created, configure the authentication provider (SSO) at the account level.

Configure Authentication Provider (SSO) at the Account Level

To configure the authentication provider at the account level, follow these steps:

1. Under Platform Modules > Listen, click Messaging Accounts.

2. From the All Channels dropdown at the top, select Apple Messages for Business.

3. Locate the desired Apple Messages for Business account.

4. Click the three-dot icon, and select Configure Authentication Provider.

5. From the list, select the appropriate authentication provider (SSO provider).

6. Click Save.
