Detecting Tapback Reactions


Sprinklr can also detect tapback reactions, i.e, when a user reacts to the message with an emoji. 


 Receiving Closed Conversations Message


Sprinklr can notify automated agents when a customer deletes the conversation and blocks to send any further messages to the user, unless the user starts the conversation again.
