What are Conversational Components?

Conversational components are special chat features that can be set up for each WhatsApp Business phone number.
They're like extra tools that can be personalized for each account, making user interactions more interesting. These features provide users with choices during the chat, adding to the usual interactions with bots or agents.

Commands

Commands are text strings you type with a forward slash in the message bar on WhatsApp. You can set these up in advance, and they're always there in the chat. You add the command name and a hint, so users know what happens when they use it.

Limitations

• Configure up to 30 commands.

• Each command can have a maximum of 32 characters.

• Each hint can have a maximum of 256 characters.

• Emojis are not supported.

• Commands can be utilized at any point during the conversation.
