The Exit Conversation Tool in Sprinklr’s AI Agent automatically closes a customer case when the conversation ends. This automation reduces manual effort, prevents cases from being left open, and ensures consistent reporting data. It streamlines customer service operations by providing a clear and efficient conclusion to each interaction.

Steps to Add an Exit Conversation Tool

  • In the Tools window, select Add Tool in the upper-right corner.

  • From the Foundational tool category dropdown, select Exit Conversation.

  • In the Exit Conversation window, enter a Name and Description.

  • Select Save in the lower-right corner.
