Creator IQ Account Addition

Updated

Overview

Sprinklr now supports a native integration with CreatorIQ, allowing you to:

  • Connect your CreatorIQ account to Sprinklr using an API key

  • Subscribe to specific CreatorIQ campaigns

  • Ingest influencer campaign posts into Sprinklr as brand posts

  • Work with these posts in Engagement Dashboards, Reporting, and Rule Engine using a dedicated CreatorIQ message type and related filters

This gives you a single, holistic view of paid influencer activity (from CreatorIQ) alongside your organic and paid social performance in Sprinklr.

If you do not see CreatorIQ as an available account type, contact your Sprinklr Success Manager or Support to have the integration enabled for your environment.

Once enabled for your workspace, you get:

  • A new social account type: CreatorIQ

  • A guided account addition flow where you:

    • Provide your CreatorIQ API key

    • Search, filter & select which campaigns to sync

    • Optionally auto-subscribe to future campaigns

  • Campaign-level ingestion of posts from CreatorIQ:

    • Each post is stored as a Universal Message and treated as a brand post

    • Posts are tagged so you can filter by CreatorIQ campaign, social network, and influencer

  • A new message type per supported social network, e.g.:

    • CreatorIQ Instagram Post

    • CreatorIQ Facebook Post

    • CreatorIQ YouTube Post

    • and similarly for other CreatorIQ-supported networks in your tenant

  • These new message types and fields are available:

    • In Engagement dashboards and reports

    • In Rule Engine as conditions (e.g., “Message Type is CreatorIQ Instagram Post”)

    • Anywhere else you can filter by message type or by CreatorIQ campaign

Prerequisites

Before connecting CreatorIQ:

  1. You must be a CreatorIQ customer with API access.

  2. Obtain a CreatorIQ API key:

    • Request it from CreatorIQ via support@creatoriq.com or sales@creatoriq.com

  3. Ensure the CreatorIQ integration is enabled in your Sprinklr environment:

    • If you don’t see CreatorIQ listed as an account type under Social Accounts, contact Sprinklr Support or your Success Manager.

Adding a CreatorIQ Account in Sprinklr

Step 1 – Navigate to Social Accounts

  1. In Sprinklr, click the New Tab icon.

  2. Under Sprinklr Social, go to Integrated Listening → Owned Social Accounts (or Accounts (Settings)).

Step 2 – Start Account Addition

  1. In the Accounts (Settings) window, click Add Account (top-right).

  2. In the Add Account dialog:

    • Search for CreatorIQ in the list of channels.

    • Select CreatorIQ.

You will see a CreatorIQ setup screen prompting you for your API key.

Step 3 – Enter CreatorIQ API Key & Validate

  1. Paste the API key you obtained from CreatorIQ into the API key field.

  2. Click Validate / Connect (label may vary slightly in your environment).

  3. If the key is valid:

    • Sprinklr will connect to CreatorIQ and fetch a list of campaigns associated with that key.

If validation fails, verify the key with your CreatorIQ admin or contact CreatorIQ support.

Step 4 – Search & Filter Campaigns

Once campaigns load, you’ll see a campaign selector. You can:

  • Search campaigns by name

  • Filter campaigns using:

    • Added in Sprinklr filter to excluded the ones already added

This makes it easy to locate just the campaigns you want to analyze in Sprinklr.

Step 5 – Select Campaigns to Sync

  1. From the list, select one or more campaigns you want Sprinklr to ingest from CreatorIQ.

  2. (Optional) Enable “Auto-subscribe”:

    • When enabled, new campaigns in CreatorIQ will be automatically added to Sprinklr, avoiding manual updates.

Step 6 – Save the CreatorIQ Account

  1. Review the selected campaigns.

  2. Click Save / Add Account.

  3. Sprinklr will:

    • Create a CreatorIQ master account

    • Create channel-level “dummy” accounts for each supported social network.

      • These are not actual accounts but placeholder accounts created to provide you a more seamless reporting experience where, for example, an Instagram post on a Creator IQ campaign will be associated with the dummy account created for Instagram in Sprinklr. This will help provide same 'Social Network' of Instagram, for example, in your reporting dashboards.

      • Channels supported with CreatorIQ and its corresponding dummy accounts' names are listed below.
