CreatorIQ Integration with Sprinklr Reporting
Updated
Overview
Influencer marketing is a core part of modern brand strategy. CreatorIQ helps brands discover, manage, and measure influencer campaigns, while Sprinklr Reporting enables unified measurement across social channels.
The CreatorIQ–Sprinklr Reporting integration allows brands to analyze influencer performance alongside owned, paid, and earned social data, providing a more complete view of social performance in a single reporting environment.
Why This Integration Matters
Many brands rely on influencer marketing platforms to manage creator programs. This integration enables teams to:
View influencer, owned, paid, and earned social data in one reporting workspace
Analyze creator performance in the context of broader social and media efforts
Reduce manual exports and platform switching
Apply Sprinklr’s reporting, visualization, and export capabilities to CreatorIQ data
Prerequisites & Access Requirements
Before setting up the integration, ensure the following:
Sprinklr access: Reporting module enabled with configuration or admin permissions
CreatorIQ access: Ability to generate and manage API keys and access campaign data
Campaign eligibility: Only campaigns and posts available within the connected CreatorIQ account can be ingested
Paid data visibility: Paid metrics require the associated ad accounts, as configured in CreatorIQ, to also be authenticated in Sprinklr
How the Integration Works
A CreatorIQ account is connected using a one‑time, secure API key
Campaign, post, and engagement data is ingested from CreatorIQ
Data is mapped to Sprinklr Reporting dimensions and metrics
CreatorIQ‑specific filters allow influencer data to be included or excluded from reports
Re‑authentication updates the connection without deleting historical data
API & Account Structure
API Key Behavior
The integration supports one API key per Sprinklr platform instance
All campaigns accessible through that API key are available to the integration
If the API key has access to campaigns across multiple teams or business units, all of those campaigns can be ingested
API access cannot currently be scoped to individual workspaces at the authentication level.
Campaign Subscription & Scoping
Campaigns can be selectively subscribed during authentication
The integration does not enforce workspace‑level campaign limits at the API level
Recommended approach:
Ingest relevant campaigns centrally
Use workspace‑level reporting, dashboards, and governance controls to manage visibility
Auto‑Subscribe & Ongoing Sync
The integration supports optional automatic campaign ingestion.
Auto‑subscribe enabled
All newly created CreatorIQ campaigns are automatically ingested into Sprinklr ReportingAuto‑subscribe disabled
New campaigns must be manually selected and added
Campaigns can be added or updated at any time by re‑authenticating the integration. Re‑authentication updates campaign selection without deleting historical data.
Data Coverage & Sync Behavior
Initial backfill: By default, the integration backfills the last 60 days of available data
Initial availability: After connecting the account, data may take up to 48 hours to appear in Sprinklr Reporting
Ongoing updates: Reporting dashboards refresh daily after setup
Post eligibility: Data includes influencer posts imported into CreatorIQ by the customer
How Data Appears in Sprinklr Reporting
CreatorIQ posts are ingested as dedicated message types
Metrics retain CreatorIQ‑native definitions and are not normalized
Owned and Paid reporting continues to use platform‑native definitions
Filters distinguish Creator, Owned, and Paid content in reports
Supported Channels & Message Types

All major channels supported by CreatorIQ are supported in Sprinklr Reporting, except Twitch.

Review influencer creative directly within dashboards
Governance & Comment Visibility
Comment‑level visibility is subject to social platform API limitations.
Comments are available when:
The post is part of a paid partnership or brand‑initiated collaboration
The brand is explicitly tagged in a comment
Comments are not available for:
Organic influencer posts with no paid partnership
Posts where the brand is not formally associated
For compliance‑driven use cases such as financial or pharmacovigilance requirements, paid partnerships are the recommended approach to ensure comment visibility.
Limitations & Known Behaviors
Metrics reflect CreatorIQ‑native definitions and may differ from other reporting sources
Engagement availability depends on influencer authentication and platform constraints
CreatorIQ campaigns are not supported in Sprinklr Rule Engine
Some limitations are driven by native platform APIs and cannot be overridden
Custom Metrics & Advanced Analysis
CreatorIQ metrics can be used in Sprinklr custom metrics
Creator data can be incorporated into proprietary calculations
Sentiment analysis can be applied via Sprinklr Inbound Analytics where applicable
Troubleshooting & FAQs
1. Why don’t I see paid metrics for creator posts
Paid metrics require the relevant ad accounts to be authenticated in Sprinklr.
2. Do influencers need to post from CreatorIQ
No. Influencers publish content natively on social platforms. CreatorIQ captures performance data through its connections.
