Profile Management (Distributed Users)
Updated
As a Distributed User, you can make changes to the profile information of your business social accounts, however, these will be monitored by the admins and will go live only after the admin(s) approve them. This feature helps brands monitor if their employees or social media executives share social profiles that comply with the brand’s values and reputation through their business social handles.
Use Cases
Seamless Profile Updates: As a Distributed User, you can update the profile information of your business social accounts easily. Any changes you make will be reviewed and approved by the admin, ensuring your updates are consistent with the brand’s guidelines.
Compliance with Industry Regulations: This feature ensures that any updates to your social media profiles comply with industry regulations. Admins review and approve changes to prevent non-compliance issues.
Benefits
By having admin approval for changes, you can be confident that your social media profiles will always reflect the brand's values and professionalism. This helps maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
We have added a color-coding feature for reviewing tasks. Rejected profiles are shown in red, and approved profile updates are shown in green which makes it easy to see what changes were made and approved.
Employees can be confident that their profiles reflect the brand accurately, knowing that changes are reviewed and approved by admins.
NOTE: This feature is supported for the following channels.

Twitter
FB Page (not Profile)
