Automated Ads Field Parity
Updated
Sprinklr's Automated Campaigns simplify social ad publishing by automating ad creation and optimization at scale. This approach not only saves time but also enhances collaboration through streamlined workflows. To create and manage campaigns efficiently, it's essential to understand which fields are used in ad campaign creation—and whether those fields support automation via feeds.
When reviewing the Automation column in the tables below, use the following definitions to understand each field’s level of automation support:
Supported via feed - You can add and manage these fields directly in your feed. Any changes made in the feed will apply automatically.
Not supported via feed - You can set these values in the Sprinklr UI during campaign shell creation, but you cannot manage them through the feed.
Note:
When changing the values for these fields from UI, all the values that you will set in the UI will impact all the entities published through the campaign shell.
If you need any of the fields that are currently not supported via feed to be automated, please reach out to the Sprinklr Product team or contact us at tickets@sprinklr.com.
Partially via feed: These fields are only supported for specific channels. Refer to the Channel Based Fields section for details.
Not Supported at all: These fields cannot be enabled in automated campaigns.
