Sprinklr Mobile enhances the user experience by supporting font scaling, which adjusts the font size of Sprinklr Live Chat according to the end user's device settings.

Enable/Disable Font Scaling 

By default, font scaling is disabled. To enable or disable font scaling again for Sprinklr Live Chat, please contact Sprinklr Support at tickets@sprinklr.com. Be sure to raise separate support tickets for sandbox and production environments.
