Sprinklr AI provides Generative AI capabilities across different product suites to help teams automate analysis, generate insights, and enhance workflows. This article focuses on Generative AI features available within the Insights product suite.

The following tables (grouped by module) list the Generative AI features supported in Insights and explain how each feature can be accessed, managed, and configured.

Each table includes the following details:

Feature Name – The name of the Generative AI feature, including a link to the corresponding knowledge-base article for more details.
Feature Availability – Specifies when the feature becomes available after the module is enabled, along with any additional setup requirements.
Feature Access Management – Indicates whether the feature can be enabled or disabled through Feature Access Management and whether it supports RBAC management.
Applicable In – Lists the screens, dashboards, or workflows where the feature is available.
AI Configuration Supported – Indicates whether advanced AI configuration options such as prompts, models, guardrails, masking, and pipelines are supported via AI+ Studio.
