Add a SangdamTalk Account via Infobip
Updated
Sprinklr provides an enhanced KakaoTalk integration through Infobip, supporting both SangdamTalk (KakaoTalk’s two‑way conversational channel) and the Brand Messages API (for marketing campaigns). This unified setup enables brands to manage customer conversations and execute marketing initiatives seamlessly within a single KakaoTalk account in Sprinklr.
This integration consolidates both marketing and conversational messaging into a single KakaoTalk account, eliminating the need for separate configurations. By unifying these capabilities, it provides a streamlined environment where agents can efficiently manage follow‑up interactions while marketing teams execute campaigns seamlessly.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Note: Contact your Account Executive (AE) to ensure an Infobip account is set up before beginning the account addition process in Sprinklr.
Active Infobip Account: You must have an active Infobip account. Sprinklr relies on Infobip’s API infrastructure to send and receive KakaoTalk messages.
Webhook Setup for Message Grabbing: Inbound message handling requires webhook configuration. Work with Infobip to set up the webhook for message grabbing.
