Configure LINE Messages in Journey Facilitator

Using Journey Facilitator, you can configure and send LINE messages as part of your customer engagement workflows. LINE is a communication platform that provides messaging, voice calls, and video calls over the internet. By integrating LINE with Journey Facilitator, you can deliver personalized messages directly to customers on a channel they actively use.
Prerequisites for configuring LINE messages in Journey Facilitator:
You must have a LINE-specific Profile List. Refer to this page for creating Profile Lists.
You must have a LINE account.
Follow these steps to configure LINE messages in Journey Facilitator:
Navigate to Journey Facilitator from the Launchpad.
Follow the steps required to create a Manual Journey. Refer to this page for more details on creating Manual Journeys.
Note: Make sure to select Profile List Based and choose the Profile List that contains the required LINE account.


Once you have the canvas ready, configure a Message Node.
Switch to Chat Templates.

Name: Enter the name for the Message Node.
Select Channel: Select LINE.
Add Assets: Add assets by clicking Add Existing if you already have assets designed for LINE, or click Create New to build new LINE assets.
Sender Account: Choose the LINE account to be used to send the message.
Other node configurations can be selected based on the requirement. Refer to this page for more details on configuring Message nodes.
Click Save.
