Create an Interactive List Template for WhatsApp Business
Updated
You can create an Interactive List template in Digital Asset Management (DAM). This template can be used on WhatsApp Business to let customers click one of the options in the template and respond directly in the conversation thread.
Interactive List messages provide a simpler and more consistent way for users to make selections compared to text‑based lists. After creating the template, you can send it by configuring an auto‑response rule in Rule Engine.
