AI+ Studio Deployment for Multi-Screen ACWs

You can now deploy AI Autofill for specific ACW screens in AI+ Studio. AI+ Studio lets you target specific screens within an ACW (After Call Work) when setting up AI Autofill deployments. When creating or editing an AI Autofill deployment, you can now filter by *ACW Name* to select which workflow (ACW) you want your deployment to apply to.

Previously, Autofill worked only for a single screen per ACW. If your ACW had multiple screens (for example, “Customer Details,” “Issue Summary,” “Resolution Summary”), the same AI prompt would try to run across all of them — often leading to incomplete or incorrect results.

With the new ACW Screen filters, you can now:

  • Create separate Autofill deployments for each screen within an ACW.

  • Ensure the right AI logic runs in the right place.

  • Improve accuracy, control, and efficiency of your AI Autofill workflows.

How to Configure

  1. From the Launchpad, type AI+ Studio in the Search box. The AI+ Studio page appears.

  2. Click AI Use Cases.

  3. Select Sprinklr Service tab and under Agent Assist select ACW Prefill.

  4. Click +Deployment or select an existing one to edit.

  5. Set Filters.

    1. In the Where field, select ACW Prefill and select the ACW that you want to configure from the ACW Name field.

    2. Select the specific screen to target.

  6. Define Autofill Prompts.

    1. Add the fields and prompts for that specific screen. Example: Autofill customer name and email from interaction details.

  7. Click Deploy to activate. AI Autofill will now run only for the selected ACW and screen combination.

    Tip: If your ACW has multiple screens, create a separate deployment for each screen to maintain clarity and accuracy.

Use Case Example

A Customer Support Workflow ACW includes two screens:

  1. Customer Details – captures customer information.

  2. Resolution Summary – records the resolution details.

With screen-level filters, you can:

  • Create one deployment for Customer Details to Autofill contact fields.

  • Create another for Resolution Summary to Autofill resolution notes and categories.

Each deployment runs independently, ensuring that Autofill logic applies only to the relevant screen.
