LinkedIn Events Publishing Support in Sprinklr

Updated

Sprinklr now supports the creation and publishing of LinkedIn Events, enabling users to manage event-based content directly from the platform without switching to LinkedIn’s native interface. This enhancement aligns Sprinklr’s publishing capabilities with LinkedIn’s event functionality, allowing brands to plan, create, and promote events efficiently within their existing workflows.

Overview of LinkedIn Events

LinkedIn Events allow organizations to promote key initiatives such as product launches, webinars, conferences, and community meetups. Events can be categorized as:

  • In-person events, which require a physical venue and address

  • Online events, hosted on platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype

Events are published as a specialized post type on LinkedIn and support audience engagement and performance tracking.

Creating and Publishing a LinkedIn Event in Sprinklr

The LinkedIn Event creation flow has been replicated within Sprinklr to ensure consistency with the native LinkedIn experience.

To create an event:

  1. Select LinkedIn as the publishing channel.

  2. Choose the Message Type.

  3. Select Event from the available options.

  4. Upload the event image.

  5. Provide the required event details, including:

    • Event title

    • Start date and time

    • Event type (Online or In-person)

Based on the selected event type:
