Creating a Sprinklr AI Agent Application : A step-by-step guide

Note: Before you begin, ensure that the Sprinklr AI Agent functionality is enabled in your environment. To do this:

Creating a Sprinklr AI Agent
Click on the New Tab icon, navigate to Persona Apps and select AI Agent Studio.
In the AI Agent Studio window, click the + AI Agent button located at the top right corner.
Provide a relevant name and a clear description that outlines the agent’s purpose and target industry.
Choose the appropriate workspaces and user groups under Share Settings to share access to your AI Agent.
Click the Create button to complete the setup of your AI Agent.
Testing Your AI Agent
Once your AI Agent is created and configured, a Live Chat widget will appear on the Manage page. This widget allows users to interact with the AI Agent in real time.
Note: You can start a conversation to test the AI Agent only after the AI Agent configuration is complete.
