Steps to define your Sprinklr AI Agent’s persona

1. Create a new AI Agent or click the Manage icon next to an existing one.

   

2. Click Customize next to Step 1: Establish Identity.

   

3. In the Attributes section, enter a relevant name for your AI Agent and describe its role and purpose clearly.

   

4. Click Save at the bottom right corner to apply your updates
