Conversation after deflection not getting associated

This happens in the Livechat when link asset which is supposed to be published via a canned response is instead sent by agent using "Send a link". To confirm this, click on the published link and verify whether the opened page contains the term 'user_authToken'. If it does not, then the link was not sent correctly.

Link Asset not showing up in canned responses

  • If NO canned responses are coming, then it's a DP that has not been enabled. Reach out to support to enable the DP for showing canned response.

  • If the link asset was being shown before, but is not coming now, then someone must have edited the asset from the platform. Please reach out to product team to reconfigure the link asset.

  • Please note, do not open the link asset that has to be sent via canned reponse via the Sprinklr platform.
