Editorial Calendar

Editorial Calendar | Import Messages as Draft for Past Dates

You can now bulk import messages as draft posts for past dates within the Editorial Calendar. If the value for column DIRECT is FALSE then you can add past date and time as values under the POST-TIME column. This capability allows you to efficiently populate the calendar with content for previous dates, facilitating better planning and organization of past messaging activities.

Editorial Calendar | Readability Improvements for Events

With our readability improvements for events within the Editorial Calendar, you will now be able to read full event name without having to hover over the entity card.

Production Dashboards

Production Dashboards | Support for Split Timeline View in External Sharing

You will now be able to share the Split Timeline View of the Production Dashboards in External Sharing as well. With this capability enabled, you can view the Tabular and Timeline views of your entities externally with all the filters, configurations, and dimensions applied.

Production Dashboards | Support for Request ID as a Group By Dimension

With the addition of 'Request ID' as a grouping field within the Production Dashboard, you can now conveniently track and manage tasks associated with a specific request, enhancing visibility and efficiency.

Production Dashboards | Kanban View Enabled for Assets

You will now be able view your assets in the Kanban View of the Production Dashboards grouped by assets’ custom and system properties. With this capability enabled, you will be able to:

  • Drag and Drop assets from one column to other to instantly change the asset properties

  • Apply sorting and filtering to your view to fetch the most relevant asset at the top

  • Apply bulk actions on assets by selecting multiple assets at once

Production Dashboards | Ability to Add Tab for Events

You will now be able to add a tab for Events within the Production Dashboards which enables you to manage and access all your events in a list view. With this capability enabled, you can perform various actions on events in bulk as well such as filter, group by, sort, create quick filters, apply macros, clone, edit, delete, etc.

Campaigns

With Sprinklr AI+ integration within Sprinklr, create and enhance your briefing experience with various options that are available to you for assistance. You can also Edit & Review Content and take various Actions on briefs for enhanced campaign strategy experience.

Campaigns | Show Percentage Workflow Completion of Campaigns and Sub-Campaigns

You will now be able to a view a visual representation of the Workflow Completion Percentage within the Overview tab of the Campaigns and Sub-Campaigns. This capability provides you with valuable insights on the number of completed tasks, the total number of tasks, and the current progress status of the workflow, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the campaign's overall progress and status.

Campaigns | View Sub-Campaigns in Chronological Order

Sub-Campaigns will now appear in a chronological order in the overview tab of the Campaigns i.e., they will be sorted in descending order based on their creation dates. This enhancement provides a clearer and more organized view of the sub-campaigns, allowing you to seamlessly identify and prioritize the most recent ones.

Publisher

Publisher | Plan and publish content on Contentful

With Contentful and Publishing integration within Sprinklr, you can centralize campaign planning and content creation by publishing content on Contentful. You can customize content types that users can publish using the Advanced Publisher and use existing content on Contentful. Additionally, the approval workflows ensure content is in line with brand guidelines and localization requirements.

Publisher | Create posts and messages using Sprinklr AI+

With Sprinklr AI+ integration within Sprinklr, you can generate content for posts, reels, etc. for various social channels via Publisher. Provide a topic, phrase, or a keyword, and Sprinklr AI+ will generate content that is relevant and engaging for your targeted audience. In addition to this, you can proofread and edit your content for grammar, spelling, and style errors ensuring high quality content creation.

Publisher | Publish an Instagram Story via Direct Publishing

Maintaining parity with the native, Instagram Story Direct Publishing is now generally available to all users. Direct Publishing to Instagram requires you to add your Instagram Business Account to the Sprinklr platform.

​Publisher | Additional Language Support for Localization Translation

You will now be able to create localized copies in the following languages: Albanian, Armenian, Belarusian, Catalan, Filipino, Luxembourgish, Sinhala, and many more. These languages will also be available while picking the source language of the message.

Request Forms

Request Forms | Ability to Restrict Attachment Specifications

While uploading attachment types such as Video, PDF, Excel, Audio, DOC, Presentation, Zip to internal and external request forms, you can set the following restrictions:

  • Dimensions i.e. height and width restrictions (in Pixels) - Min Height, Max height, Min Width & Max Width.

  • Allowed Formats - All supported formats in Attachments including (but not limited to) JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PSD, PDF, EPS, AI, INDD & RAW. Any additional format added in the future should get fetched here automatically - no manual support is required.

  • Size restrictions - Min Size & Max Size restrictions with units in Mb & Kb

Error Messages - when the defined restrictions are not met the system will show error messages such as:

  • Dimension error: “Dimensions of the attachment are not within the specified limit. Minimum Limit = XY px | Maximum Limit = YZ px.”

  • Format error: “Format of the attachment is not within the prescribed options. Supported Formats = PNG, PDF, … , GIF.”

  • Size Error: “Size of the attachment is not within the specified limit. Minimum Limit = XY mb | Maximum Limit = YZ mb.

Request Forms | Ability to Associate Requests to Existing Entities

You will now be able to associate requests to existing campaign, sub-campaign and message and make updates to them. Apart from this, the Campaign Update, Sub-Campaign Update, and Draft Update rules will have Request as a source in “Copy Properties from Source to Destination” action enabling you to by copy over properties from the request to the respective entity.

Request Forms | Ability to Select Campaigns

While creating a Request Form, you will now be able to attach campaign field. All active campaigns within your environment will be available as options in the dropdown menu

Note: This will be single select field and no more than one campaign can be selected.

Workflow Engine

Workflow Engine | Select Specific Timezone while Setting Task Due Date

While creating workflows for Campaigns, Sub-Campaigns, Outbound Messages, Media Assets, and Requests, you will now be able to customize the timezone via manual actions for user tasks. This enables you to set a specific timezone for each task notification.

Note: The default value for the timezone is automatically populated based on the timezone selected during the creation of the new workflow.

Content Marketing

Content Marketing | Support for Color Configuration on Message Level

While creating messages from the Publisher, you will now be able to define color configuration for quick and easy identification later within the Editorial Calendar and Production Dashboards. You can change the color configuration of your message later from the respective message’s third pane.

Note: The color configuration defined here will overwrite the configuration defined in Editorial Calendar & Production Dashboards.

Apart from this, you will also be able to select Color Configuration Field in -

  • Draft Rule Actions dropdown: Actions To "Actions which are applicable for Draft Message"

  • Draft Update Rule Actions dropdown: Actions To "Actions which are applicable for Draft Message"

  • Autofill Rule Actions dropdown: Actions To "Change properties of Message"

  • Outbound Rule Actions dropdown: Actions To "Change properties of Message"

  • Set Color Configuration field in Outbound Message Macros under Automated and Manual actions

Content Marketing | Support for Entity Inception Time Field

With the enablement of Entity Inception Time field within Sprinklr, you will now be able to capture when the message entity was first created. Also, you can now report on daily count of messages created with the availability of day-wise reporting.

Note: The value for this field will not change even on editing, scheduling, or recalling the message

Content Marketing | Ability to Associate Events with Messages

While creating messages within the Publisher, you will now be able to associate events similar to campaigns and sub-campaigns. With this capability enabled, you can:

  • View and enable “Event” column under manage columns of Message Tabs.

  • Inline edit the “Event” values from the “Event” column in Message Tabs.

  • Filter messages based on “Event” field.

  • Group messages based on “Event” field.

  • Create quick filters based on “Event” field.

  • Define color configuration based on “Event” field.

  • View and update “Event” field in third pane.

  • Create an outbound Message macro with automated action “Event”.

  • Select “Event” as a condition and action for Draft Rules.

  • Select “Event” as a condition and action for Draft Update Rules.

  • Select “Event” as a condition and action for Autofill Rules.

  • View “Event” as a dimension in “Outbound Message” data source.

  • Filter on the widget using the dimension “Event” in Outbound Message Data source.

Content Marketing | 24 Hours' Time Format Enabled

For enhanced collaboration and better content planning Sprinklr will now support 24 Hour time format. This change will be consistent throughout the platform bringing consistency across teams.

Content Marketing | Ability to Edit/Recall Post in Approval Status

You will now be able to edit or recall the posts in approval status is you have the publishing access for the account used during its creation. This enables you to manage and plan your content requirements timely even if you are not the author or approver for that post.

Enablement note: To learn more about getting this capability enabled in your environment, work with your Success Manager.

Content Marketing | Ability to Clone Events

You will now be able to clone events within Sprinklr and all the properties of the original event will be copied over. The name of the copied event will have “Copy of” added as a prefix.

Content Marketing | Autofill Account Type based on User Groups

By setting “Account Type” as an action in Autofill Rules under “Actions To Change properties of Message”, you can autofill the account type and template fields while creating a message in the Publisher.

Content Marketing | Config Admin Permission Enhancements

With the availability of Brief Template and Workflow Engine permissions under the Config Admin section, you can view, access, and edit these entities even if these modules or entities are not shared with you.

Content Marketing | Enjoy Confetti Animation on Task Completion

You can now enjoy the visual delight of confetti animation when a task is marked as complete within Sprinklr. This feature will enhance your overall experience by making task completion more exciting and enjoyable.

Integrations

Allocadia Integrations | Enhanced Custom Field Mapping

We have now enhanced the custom field mapping feature in the Allocadia-Sprinklr integration. With this enhancement:

  • Custom fields will be mapped directly at the field level, simplifying the process and eliminating partner-specific mappings.

  • Changes in custom field values in Allocadia will be automatically accommodated, creating new values in the custom field without manual backend adjustments.

These enhancements improve efficiency and flexibility, ensuring a seamless integration experience.

Rule Engine

Rule Engine | Send Automated Emails to Requesters upon Request Submission

You will now be able to send automated emails to requesters upon request submission using Request Rule. Similarly, any changes made to the request status or other custom fields will send automated emails to requesters via the he Request Update rule keeping the owner and external user in loop.

While creating Request Rules within the Rule Engine, you can set the following action to enable automated email notifications:

Under the Actions To Actions which are applicable for Requests section, select Request Submission Email Notification as the required action and users or user groups from the value dropdown.

Similarly, for Request Update Rules -

Under the Actions To Actions which are applicable for Requests section, select Send Field Change Email Notification as the required action and users or user groups from the value dropdown.

Rule Engine | Support for Request as a Source in Task Rules

While creating Task and Task Update rules within the Rule Engine, you will now be able to set Request as the copy action source under Copy properties from source to destination action allowing you to easily copy properties from requests to tasks. This will enhance the flexibility and efficiency of managing tasks by leveraging relevant information from the corresponding requests.

Rule Engine | Limit Visibility of Assets Created in a Restricted Campaign

You can now establish a systematic approach to control the visibility of assets based on the visibility settings of the campaign they are associated with. DAM rules can be configured to enforce consistent access controls, ensuring that the assets inherit the same visibility restrictions as the campaign. This will ensure that only users or user groups with access to the campaign can view the associated assets.

Rule Engine | Bulk Update Previous Tasks

You will now be able to Bulk Update previous tasks created for a particular entity by setting up the desired action in Task and Task Update rules within the Rule Engine.

Rule Engine| Set Up Start and End Date as Conditions

While creating rules for Campaigns, Sub-Campaigns, and Events, you will now be able to set up their conditions based on the Start and End Dates. This is applicable for Update and Autofill rule types as well.

Macros

Macros | Ability to support multiple translations for Macros

With support for multiple language translations for the same macro, you can now avoid creating multiple copies for it which can be used across the platform. This enables the users from different locales to search the macro name and description in their preferred languages that are supported in the platform for their use.

Apart from this, bulk action of exporting and importing macros along with their translated versions will also be possible with the help of configurator.

Sprinklr Marketing (Ads)

Ads Manager

Ads Manager | Remove Deprecated Keyword Targeting for TikTok Campaigns

In order to increase budget utilization and ensure better predicted results on Reach & Frequency ads the Additional Interest keyword targeting has been deprecated TikTok reach and frequency campaigns.

Also, OpenSlate has been renamed to DoubleVerify.

Naming Conventions

Now you have the ability to configure and create name new conventions according to the specific fields required for custom needs.​ Configure custom Conventions by adding custom fields in the order they are required for all asset types for various channels.​ You can create names for all conventions using the custom fields configured, with the option of editing, deleting and cloning them anytime.

 

Automated Ads

You can create, update and archive ads dynamically based on real-time changes in your data sources like Google Sheets.​ This feature will personalize your ads at scale using Dynamic Image and Video templates to create and maintain highly scalable campaigns from a feed and create multiple versions of your ad for A/B testing.​

 

Ads Manager

Ads Manager | IAM Role support for "S3 Connector" In Ads Manager

Users can now leverage Amazon IAM role support in Ads Manager. ​No need to enter the credentials every time, just create a role and use them in exports.​

 

Ads Composer

Ads Composer |Changes in Smart Bidding Recommendations

The smart bulb icon has been updated to not to include Lower Funnel Objectives for Meta & any objectives for TikTok as recommendations for Smart Bidding.​

 

Ads Composer | Ability to Sync Identities option for TikTok

If you have linked an organic account (identity) to your ad account and want to use them as a filter instantly, the Sync Identities option enables you to fetch the identity into Sprinklr.

Ads Composer | Support for TikTok Standard Inventory Filter

Have your TikTok ads appear next to appropriate content for most brands and may contain some mature themes by selecting the Standard Inventory filter. This filter gives you a balanced reach and excludes sensitive content.

Ads Composer | Support for Post Bid 3P Brand Safety Measurements

With Post Bid 3P Brand Safety Measurements enabled for TikTok ads, you can now select a third-party brand safety solution to track invalid traffic on your ads.

You can select from the following partners:

  • IAS

  • DoubleVerify

  • Zefr - Also supported for Traffic, Engagement, App Install, Conversions, and Lead Generation objectives.

Note: You must select a 3rd Party Brand Safety Partner OR TikTok Inventory Filter (Standard/Limited) at the Ad Set level to enable Post-bid Brand Safety Measurement.

Ads Composer | Bulk Import Support to use Conversation Ads as Message Ads

You can Bulk Import Support for LinkedIn conversation ads to create In-mail/Message Ads. The functionality to publish Message Ads will remain active as this format is being deprecated by LinkedIn this June.

Ads Composer | Ads Creative Library Autofill Rules​

Now users can Create Rules to automatically fill Custom Fields while building posts in the Ads Creative Library.​ The rules will have set specified values or can be copied directly from Campaign, Sub-Campaign, Account, User, Outbound Post or Media Asset to Outbound Post or Media Asset.​

 

Ads Composer | LinkedIn Retargeting Audiences

Users now can create Retargeting Audiences in Sprinklr's Audience Manager again. All the types of retargeting audiences can be created using Sprinklr.

 

Ads Composer | TikTok Search and Global App Bundle Placements

You will now be able to include TikTok Search placement to reach audiences who are searching for or exploring relevant terms for your business on the search result page. Also, you can include the Global App Bundle placement to reach audiences within a series of apps covering a wide variety of consumer interests and industries.

Note: These placements are on an allow list basis. Only if the ad account is allow-listed, reach out to enable this in your environment.

Ads Composer | TikTok Lifetime Budget & Bid Cap for Campaign Budget Optimized (CBO) Campaigns

You can now set Lifetime Budget for TikTok campaigns which have Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) enabled. Additionally, support has been added for Bid Cap with CBO-enabled Reach, Traffic, and Video views campaigns.

Ads Composer | Deprecated TikTok Reach and Frequency for Traffic and Video Views

As of June, 1st, 2023, Video View and Traffic objectives of Reach and Frequency are no longer available on TikTok. Existing orders reserved before this date will continue to be delivered or terminated. The same has been aligned within Sprinklr.

Ads Composer | Meta Advantage Custom and Lookalike Audiences​

With the Advantage audience checkbox which harnesses Meta's algorithms, it is now possible to boost targeting precision by expanding the target audience.​ Advantage Audience aims to increase reach, engagement and ultimately, drive better results for businesses utilizing these targeting options.​

 

Ads Composer | TikTok Landing Page View Optimization Goal

You can now select the Landing Page View optimization goal for TikTok Traffic campaigns. This goal will optimize towards users who click on and load the landing page successfully.

Ads Composer | Ability to Create and Add Display Card Interactive Add-Ons

While creating TikTok Ads, you can now create and add Display Cards interactive add-ons. This enables you to capture the undivided attention of audiences in a full-screen, sound-on environment to boost brand engagement and encourage interaction.

Ads Composer | Add Support of Catalog in Single Image Ads for Facebook

Instead of manually uploading images, users can now select the option to directly utilize the media already present in the product set of a catalog.​ This streamlined functionality saves time and effort, allowing businesses to leverage their existing catalog assets seamlessly for single image ads for Facebook.​

Ads Boosting | Support for Profile Visits Optimization Goal for Boosting Instagram Posts​

With the Optimize for Profile Visits checkbox, it will now be possible for users to set the optimization goal as Visit Profiles.​ When you select this, Instagram's algorithm will prioritize delivering your boosted post to users who are more likely to visit your profile, resulting in number of profile visits, potentially leading to more followers, higher engagement rates and improved visibility for your content.​
