Sprinklr Named to Constellation ShortLists for Social Engagement & Listening and Social Advertising Management

Sprinklr was selected by Constellation analysts through a process that includes client inquiries, partner conversations, customer references, vendor selection projects, market share and internal research

New York, NY — February 12, 2020 — Sprinklr, the Modern Customer Experience Management (CXM) Platform, today announced it was named to two Constellation ShortLists™ for Social Engagement & Listening and Social Advertising Management in Q1 2020.
