Raghav Garg is an Associate Director of AI Research at Sprinklr, where his expertise lies in exploring and innovating new methodologies and techniques to power Sprinklr's products. His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of an AI research subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and he is the mind behind cutting-edge products like Knowledge OS and various Gen AI-powered features including Case Summary, Agent Assist and conversation-analytics capabilities such as CSAT and Insight Hub. His technical articles cover topics like unified vector representations for noisy articles and whether end-to-end voice models are the future of customer calls. He joined Sprinklr in 2023 after nearly three years as a Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics in South Korea, and has grown from ML Research Scientist Lead to Associate Director of Research Science. An IIT Kanpur computer science graduate who finished top of his batch, he specialises in training large language models, speech and voice AI, and retrieval-augmented generation.
