Surbhi Goyal is a Senior Product Manager at Sprinklr, where she focuses on Customer Feedback Management and building products that help enterprises listen to their customers and act on what they hear. Her involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a product subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, drawing on her journey with Sprinklr engaging some of the top brands and helping them fulfil their digital transformation efforts across research-driven use cases. Over the last five years she has led 0 to 1 development of the company's Customer Feedback Management platform, shipping AI-powered experiences now used by more than 1,200 enterprise clients. Before product, she spent nearly six years as a project manager leading multi-country infrastructure programs, work that taught her to manage complex stakeholders, deliver under pressure and build for scale, and which is why she thinks about products as systems rather than features. Outside of work, Surbhi enjoys music, travelling, movies and reading.
