Mask Reddit Data in Sprinklr Webhooks Response Payload

Reddit data in Sprinklr webhooks response payloads can now be sanitized to support privacy and compliance requirements. In sanitized payloads, Reddit specific identifiers and channel metadata are removed or masked, so downstream systems receive anonymized content while still retaining the event details needed for processing.

This enhancement helps organizations meet privacy and compliance requirements by limiting the distribution of Reddit identifiers while still enabling operational workflows to consume webhook events effectively.

Note: Access to this feature is controlled by a dynamic property (DP). To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.

Case Update API Response Control

The Case Update API now supports the omitResponse flag, giving developers control over the size of the response. With this flag, you can choose to receive either the full Case object or no response at all (204 No Content).

This enhancement optimizes API usage by reducing payload size, improving network latency, and accelerating response times when the full Case object is not required. It also provides flexibility for developers to tailor responses to their specific use cases, ensuring more efficient and reliable integrations.

Sprinklr API Rate Limiting Per Endpoint

Sprinklr has introduced per‑endpoint rate limiting to provide more granular control over API traffic. In addition to existing global limits (per hour and per second), specific API endpoints can now be assigned independent limits. This ensures that high‑traffic endpoints such as /users or /accounts are regulated separately, without affecting the performance of other APIs.
