All Settings: Overview and Navigation Guide

The All Settings screen is the central hub for accessing and managing all configurations across Sprinklr. It brings together global, workspace-level, and product-specific settings into a single, organized experience, making it easier to discover, search, and manage configurations.

Overview

The new All Settings page provides:

  • A unified view of all platform configurations

  • Faster access to frequently used and recently viewed settings

  • Improved discoverability through global search and categorization

  • A simplified structure that aligns settings with customer use cases

How to Access All Settings

  1. Open a new browser tab in Sprinklr.

  2. Scroll down to Platform Modules.

  3. Click All Settings under the Settings section.

Previous State (Before the New All Settings)

Earlier, settings were divided into multiple standalone sections, which made navigation and discovery harder.

Settings Categorization (Earlier)

1. Manage Customer

  1. Configurations managed at a customer or partner level.

  2. Examples include:

  • Global Roles

  • Global Queues

  • Security Settings

2. Manage Workspace

  1. Configurations managed at an individual workspace level.

  2. Examples include:

  • Users

  • User Groups

3. Import

  1. Track and manage imports performed across the platform.

4. Configuration Tools

  1. Bulk configuration utilities such as imports and exports.

  2. Example: Export all accounts and users across multiple workspaces at once.

5. API 2.0

  1. Configure webhooks and external API integrations.

6. Sandbox Manager

  1. Manage changesets between production and sandbox environments

7. Configuration

  1. Specific tools for certain entities

  2. Example: Reorder Tags

8. Search Enhancements

  1. Search previously was limited to individual sections and did not work across categories.

New All Settings Experience 

The new All Settings experience simplifies navigation and improves usability by consolidating settings into a single, searchable, and categorized view.

UI Structure 

When you open All Settings, you will see three key sections: 

1. Frequently Used Categories 

  1. Displays the most commonly used settings based on platform usage data

  2. If you do not have access to a category, an error message will be shown

2. Sidebar (Profile & Recents)

  1. Quick link to your profile

  2. Recently viewed settings displayed for easy navigation

3. Left Navigation – Top Section

  1. Categorized list of all settings, which is designed to align with how customers typically manage configurations

  2. Top Section Categories

  • Favourites - Settings you have marked as favourites for quick access

  • My Settings - Direct link to your personal account settings

  • Global Features - Controls for feature enablement as part of the Feature Flags initiative

  • Recents - Quick access to recently opened settings

  • Feature Settings - Global and workspace-level feature flags that control product behavior

  • Search - Search across all settings to quickly locate configuration pages

4. Settings Categories

a. General

  • Overview - Landing page for All Settings

  • Account Management - Social account–related configurations

  • User Management - Users, user groups, roles management

  • General Settings - Platform-wide settings such as macros and custom fields

  • Login and Security Settings - User authentication, SSO, TFA, and security controls

  • Audit and Compliance - Audit trails, data retention policies, and compliance configurations

  • Imports and Exports - Track and generate bulk imports and exports

  • Persona Preferences - Configure persona behavior and distributed control panels

  • Tagging and Customization - Configure tags for messages, media assets, and cases

  • Sprinklr AI - Manage AI Studio and AI-related configurations

  • APIs and Integrations - Configure external connectors and webhooks

  • Sandbox Manager - Manage inbound and outbound changesets across environments

  • Miscellaneous - Additional settings that do not fit into the above categories

b. Products

  1. This section lists product-specific settings based on the Sprinklr products enabled for your account.

  2. This is still in development.

5. Toggle

  1. To go back to the old All Settings, click on the toggle on the top right corner.
