All Settings: Overview and Navigation Guide

Updated

The All Settings screen is the central hub for accessing and managing all configurations across Sprinklr. It brings together global, workspace-level, and product-specific settings into a single, organized experience, making it easier to discover, search, and manage configurations.

Summary

The new All Settings experience provides:

  1. A single source of truth for all configurations

  2. Improved discoverability through categorization and global search

  3. Faster navigation using favourites and recents

  4. A structure aligned to real customer workflows

This update is designed to make configuration management simpler, faster, and more intuitive for all users.

Permission Changes

In the Classic All Settings experience, global users could see all settings by default, even if they did not have the specific permissions assigned, a governance loophole that exposed features unintentionally.

In the new All Settings experience, this issue has been fully resolved. Global users now only see the settings they have explicit permissions for. If a user lacks permission for a feature, it will not be visible at all in the settings list.

This update ensures that all permissions are enforced consistently, including for global users, and closes the governance gap where certain settings were previously visible by default.

Note:

If users switch back to the Classic All Settings view, they will notice a discrepancy specifically for global users. In the old view, a global user might see, for example, 20 settings, whereas in the new view they may see only 15, because the new experience correctly applies permissions and hides anything they are not authorized to access.
