This streamlined process offers intelligent suggestions and context-driven content, accelerating the creation of comprehensive, personalized email responses for efficient customer support.

1. Provide key points or details in the reply box, possibly in the form of bullet points.

2. Select Draft Email from the list of options that will appear. Sprinklr AI+ will then generate a drafted email based on the information provided.

3. The drafted email will follow an email template that takes into account the latest customer email and inputs provided by the agent in the reply box. If there is no customer message, the draft will incorporate the latest brand message, ensuring that the generated content is contextually relevant and aligned with the most recent communication.

   

Reword

Rewording a text allows you to change the grammar and vocabulary while maintaining the same context as of the previous text.

1. Select Reword from the list of options that will appear.  

2. Sprinklr AI+ will rephrase the content for you. You can perform the following actions on the suggested content:

   1. Replace Selection - Replace the original content with the suggested content.

   2. Insert Below - Insert the suggested content below the original content.

   3. Regenerate - Try again for better rephrased content.

   4. Discard - Discard the suggested content.

      

Fix Spelling & Grammar

To make sure the written content is grammatically correct and does not have any spelling or punctuation errors, use Sprinklr AI+ to fix the spelling and grammar errors. 

1. Select Fix Spelling & Grammar from the list of options that will appear.

Make it Longer

If you are not satisfied with the length of your content, you can make it longer and increase the length of your content while retaining the context of your content.
