Overview

The Task Tab in Campaigns and Sub-campaigns gives you greater flexibility, control, and actionability—making task management more intuitive and efficient. By adding the Task Tab directly to Campaigns and Sub-campaigns, Sprinklr provides a centralized solution for managing tasks linked to campaigns, sub-campaigns, messages, and assets.

This feature ensures clear visibility into all associated tasks, including both workflow tasks and ad-hoc tasks, while helping you stay organized and maintain execution cadence across your marketing initiatives.

Access Campaign Task Tab

Follow the steps below to access the Task Tab in Campaigns and Sub-campaigns:

  1. Open a new tab and navigate to Sprinklr Marketing > Marketing > Campaigns.

  2. In the Campaigns screen, search for and select the campaign you want to access.

  3. Next, select the Task tab on the left menu to view and manage all the tasks for the specific campaign.

Task Tab Features

The Task Tab in Campaigns and Sub-campaigns includes the following powerful features:

  • Views: Visualize and organize your tasks in multiple formats—Sheet, Kanban, Calendar, and Timeline views. You can create, save, and share custom Task Views with filters tailored to your needs.

  • Search and Indentation: Quickly find tasks using the search bar. Use Indent to convert a task into a sub-task of the one above, and Outdent to revert it back to a standalone task.

  • Formula Fields: Use formula-type fields to perform calculations directly within the Task Sheet, enabling smarter task management.

  • Roll-Up: Automatically roll up values for number, date, currency, and percentage fields from sub-tasks to parent tasks for real-time summaries.

  • Summary Bar: View an analytical summary of each column at the bottom of your Task Sheet, giving you quick insights at a glance.

  • Color-Coding, Filtering, Sorting & Grouping: Apply color-coding to improve task visibility. Use FiltersSorting, and Grouping to focus on the most relevant tasks and stay organized.

  • Manage Columns: Easily hide or unhide columns in the Task Sheet to customize your workspace based on your preferences.

  • Drag & Drop: Reorder tasks and sub-tasks effortlessly using drag-and-drop functionality.

  • Copy & Paste: Quickly duplicate content within the Task Sheet using standard copy-paste actions.

  • Import/Export: Import Tasks into the Task Sheet via an xsl or xslx spreadsheet. Export Tasks as an xslx or csv file.​

  • Dependencies: Visualize and manage task relationships to track interdependent work more effectively and avoid delays.

  • Lock/Unlock Tasks: Prevent unauthorized edits by locking tasks. Unlock them when you're ready to make updates.

  • Task Status Templates: Save time with Status Templates, which are predefined sets of task statuses that you can apply to new or existing campaigns and sub-campaigns.
