Her involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a product marketing subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and her contribution examines the intelligence-execution gap, showing how brands can move from isolated social insights to integrated, real-time marketing action before competitors capture the moment. She joined Sprinklr in 2025 after a career that blends content and marketing, including two and a half years as a Content Designer at Atlassian and a period of freelance product marketing consulting for startups like Conduit.app and Wootz.work. A MICA postgraduate and Hansraj College literature graduate who once led her college's creative writing society, she has had a long-standing love for words.
