AI and ML engineering, large language models and generative AI, Responsible AI and LLM safety, RAG and retrieval systems, agentic AI workflows, computer vision and OCR, MLOps and ML infrastructure.

Akhilesh Bharadwaj is a Lead ML Engineer at Sprinklr, where he designs and deploys AI systems that operate at enterprise scale with low latency, high throughput and full lifecycle ownership from research to rollout. His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of an AI engineering subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and his expertise lies in Responsible AI, LLM safety and automating ML flows. His contribution delved into the top security challenges faced by large language models, from data poisoning to model inversion, and the strategies to mitigate them. He is a key contributor to core Sprinklr tools including AI Studio, PII detection and Kratos, an internal tool for parallel ML flows, and his work spans LLMs, retrieval, agentic AI, AutoML, multimodal understanding and OCR. An IIT Dharwad computer science graduate who was active in the Google Developer Students Club and AI Club, he enjoys evaluating new ML papers, experimenting with LLM architectures and automating anything that can be automated.
