Dan Haley

Dan Haley is Sprinklr’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Dan oversees Sprinklr’s global legal functions.

Dan joined Sprinklr after nearly seven years at athenahealth, where he served as General Counsel and later Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, responsible for all legal, compliance, and HR functions of an industry-leading, publicly-traded health information technology company. With the largest real-time clinical database in the country storing patients’ medical records, Dan was responsible for ensuring that the company followed comprehensive regulations pertaining to how this information is stored, transmitted, used, and safeguarded.

Prior to athenahealth, Dan was a partner at a global law firm where his practice focused on government and regulatory affairs and complex commercial litigation. He has held senior positions in a number of statewide political campaigns, in Massachusetts state government, and at several federal political committees. Dan is a graduate of Middlebury College and Harvard Law School.
