His involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a product subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and his contribution focused on how AI Search can proactively unravel customer issues and turn a help portal into an effective self-service hub, going beyond traditional keyword-based methods. He has spent his career at Sprinklr since 2020, progressing from Product Analyst through to Senior Product Manager, with earlier experience as a decision analytics consultant in credit risk at EXL. He thrives at the intersection of technology and innovation, with expertise in leveraging data to drive product strategy. In his free time, Kshitij enjoys watching and playing badminton and tennis, follows the latest technological advancements closely and is a keen follower of Formula 1 racing.
