Lauren Christopherson is Senior Manager of Security Communications and Engagement at Sprinklr, where she is part of the Security Governance team. Her contributions to the Sprinklr blog come in the capacity of a communications subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, sharing insight on trust, security and privacy, most notably announcing the launch of Sprinklr's Trust Center for greater transparency. She has a demonstrated history of running successful internal and external communications programs for SaaS and cybersecurity brands, as well as corporate communications for acquisitions, mergers and change management events. She brings more than 10 years of communications experience, including a long tenure at LogMeIn (home to LastPass and GoTo) and earlier agency roles at Matter Communications. A Merrimack College graduate, she pairs deep expertise in media and analyst relations with a strong track record in crisis and executive communications for technology brands.
