Industry leaders, innovators and practitioners gathered in U.A.E. in September for CX Connect Dubai 2023. The event showcased the transformative power of generative AI in customer service and emphasized the collaboration between OpenAI's language model and Sprinklr's purpose-built AI for unstructured CX data. This partnership is enables businesses to transform and deepen their CX insights and enhances decision-making that drives the bottom line.
The event, which followed on the heels of CX Connect Riyadh earlier last year, was also an opportunity to recognize CX leaders in the region who are leveraging Sprinklr in new and innovative ways.
