Behaviour of Copilot Sidebar
What happens if you refresh the Dashboard or the browser tab?
If you refresh the browser tab, the Dashboard tab, or exit Sprinklr, the Copilot sidebar will close, but the request will continue processing. The answer will be generated and stored in the respective chat. You can access it later by navigating to the chat history and reopening it.
What happens if you switch tabs within Sprinklr?
If you switch to a different tab within Sprinklr while the Copilot sidebar is open, it will remain open and display the same chat you last interacted with when you return to the Dashboard/Screen.
