Ragy Thomas, CEO & Founder

Ragy is a technology visionary, entrepreneur, and investor who has played an instrumental role in the evolution of two business-critical channels for the enterprise: social media and email. As founder and CEO of Sprinklr – the world’s most complete enterprise social technology serving more than 1,000 enterprise brands globally – he is empowering companies to reimagine their customer-facing operations to manage consumer experiences across every touch point.

Prior to founding Sprinklr, Ragy was the president of Epsilon’s (NYSE:ADS) Interactive Services from 2006 to 2008, and the CTO of Bigfoot Interactive, an email marketing leader that Epsilon acquired in 2005.

Ragy earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his Computer Science Engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India. He serves on the board of directors at Kenscio, a digital marketing services company he co-founded in 2009, and Cloth, a mobile fashion application company.


Carlos Dominguez, President

Carlos has more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience and an unparalleled passion for innovation. Previously an active member of Sprinklr’s board of directors, today Carlos guides strategic direction for Sprinklr and leads the marketing, sales, services, and partnerships teams for the the most complete enterprise social technology company in the world.

Prior to joining Sprinklr, Carlos spent 22 years at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) in a variety of roles. Over the last seven years, he served as a technology evangelist and representative for the chairman and CEO of Cisco, delivering keynotes to audiences worldwide. During his tenure at Cisco, he cemented the company in the strategic markets of financial services, media, and pharmaceuticals. He also helped establish and lead Cisco’s Service Provider organization to generate more than $14 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Cisco, Carlos held management positions at Timeplex, Inc. and New Jersey Bell/Bell Atlanticom.

Carlos also serves on several boards of directors, including Medidata Solutions, Inc., the CDC Foundation, Cisco Foundation, NJIT Board of Overseers & Catalyst, and Princess House.


Tim Page, COO

Tim has over 25 years of experience in the high tech industry, having held executive positions in global direct, channel, OEM, and alliances in software sales, ERP sales, storage sales and service sales. At Sprinklr, Tim is responsible for fostering even greater collaboration between the company’s business units and continuing to position the organization for long-term growth.

Prior to joining Sprinklr, Tim served as Chief Operating Officer at VCE, the converged platforms division of EMC, where he was COO and one of the founding members that helped bring the firm to a $3B+ run rate in just six years. At VCE, Tim led the delivery of a new generation of cloud-based solutions that have transformed the agility and profitability of some of the world’s largest enterprises. Tim joined VCE after 11 years at EMC where he served as Senior Vice President of the Global Alliance Group, with a focus on the System Integrators, Outsourcers and Federal System Integrators. Prior to EMC, Tim served in leadership roles at Informix Software, Raytheon (acquired through the United Engineers acquisition), and held a number of global positions within the ERP and services market. Tim is a graduate of Cedarville College in Ohio.


Chris Lynch, CFO


Chris is a proven financial executive with deep expertise in technology, software and advertising businesses. As CFO of Sprinklr, Chris leads the global teams responsible for finance, treasury, M&A, legal, human resources, facilities, recruiting, and employee experience.

Using innovative thinking and diagnostic problem solving as his compass, Chris has led several global organizations through periods of rapid change. Prior to Sprinklr he was best known for his work at e-commerce and social data company Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ:BV), where he played a lead role in its successful IPO in 2012. Previously, Chris oversaw key financial functions at other high-growth technology companies including content management and collaboration software firm Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ:VIGN), which was acquired by Open Text Corporation in 2009, and Enterprise Resource Planning software company JD Edwards (NASDAQ:JDEC), which was acquired by PeopleSoft in 2003.


Tom Butta, CMO


Tom is a marketing leader who has spent his career helping some of the world’s most pioneering enterprise software companies build trusted, global brands that have defined and fundamentally transformed entire industries. As CMO of Sprinklr, he is positioning the enterprise social technology company and its clients to grow and thrive in the age of the empowered and connected customer.

Prior to joining Sprinklr, Tom served as Consultant-in-Residence at Andreessen Horowitz, where he worked to define the venture capital firm’s points of view as a guide for Fortune 2000 companies and entrepreneurs looking for insights about the future of technology. Before that, he was CMO of AppNexus, the world’s largest independent ad-tech company. Previously, through his consultancy, 21Weeks, Tom engineered innovative marketing strategies that contributed to exits for companies including Citrix (NASDQ:CTXS), Opsware (HP), Platform Computing (IBM), Donovan Data Systems (MediaOcean), and StoredIQ (IBM). Tom has also served as CMO of multibillion-dollar publicly traded companies including NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE), PTC (NASDAQ:PTC), and Red Hat (NYSE:RHT), which he helped to scale internationally and take public in 1999.

Tom earned his B.A. in English and Economics from Hamilton College, and is a board advisor to BlueCava and Smigin


Murali Swaminathan, EVP, Client Success and Engineering


Passionate about bringing brands closer to their customers, Murali oversees the engineering and technology practice that powers the world’s most complete social technology. He also leads the teams focused on enterprise customer success and services globally.

Prior to joining Sprinklr, Murali held key leadership roles at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO), including serving as the principal lead for the acquisition integration practices for Cisco Engineering. He also developed the strategy and management operations for Cisco’s global data center, focused on delivering next generation IT solutions to Cisco clients. Before joining Cisco, Murali served as Vice President of Engineering at Teltier Technologies, Inc., where he managed platform development and engineering, and oversaw its merger with dynamicsoft. At dynamicsoft, Murali led engineering of SIP products, until the company was acquired by Cisco in 2004. WIth a deep and extensive background in engineering, product integration, and product development leadership, Murali is committed to delivering innovative solutions in enterprise technology to the market.

Murali holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.


Pavitar Singh, CTO


Pavitar Singh is a leader, entrepreneur and technologist who loves building great companies and great products. At Sprinklr, Pavitar leads all product development and R&D, as well as global development operations.

Prior to Sprinklr he co-founded (and sold to Sprinklr) a pioneering social media company called UserRules where he led the development of core intellectual property that drives Sprinklr to this day.

Pavitar holds degrees from both the Management Development Institute of Gurgaon and Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.


Kate Lavender, EVP, People & Places

Kate is passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver great client service and boost the bottom line. For more than 20 years, she has helped drive transformational change across a wide range of businesses, including managing rapid growth for British Airways airmiles (now Avios), re-engineering the customer proposition for a 700-seat contact center at AXA, and building a market-leading recruitment business for the UK healthcare sector.

Most recently, Kate served as COO for two award-winning digital marketing technology companies, TBG Digital (acquired by Sprinklr in February 2014) and Struq (acquired by Quantcast in October 2014).


Simon Mansell, General Manager, Advertising


Simon Mansell is the General Manager of Advertising at Sprinklr. Prior to Sprinklr, Simon founded TBG, a specialist paid social media firm that was acquired by Sprinklr in August 2014. Without any external funding, Simon grew TBG into a global organization handling more than $100M in paid social ad spend for clients including Dell, Vodafone and Zynga. An early advocate of social ads, Simon started running campaigns on Facebook in 2007 when the platform had less than 30 million users. TBG was one of the three initial Facebook ad API partners and one of the first five Twitter Ad API partners.

Neeraj Agrawal, General Partner, Battery Ventures


Neeraj joined Battery in 2000 and invests in enterprise software/SaaS, technology-enabled services and Internet companies. He was a founding investor in BladeLogic (NASDAQ: BLOG, sold to BMC for $900M). In addition to BladeLogic, Neeraj’s investments include Applimation (acquired by Informatica), Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV), Brightree, Consona, Glassdoor, Guidewire Software (NASDAQ: GWRE), Internet Brands (NASDAQ: INET), LifeMed Media, Marketo, Omniture (NASDAQ: OMTR), RealPage (NASDAQ: RP), VSS Monitoring and Wayfair (formerly CSN Stores). John McMahon


John McMahon has had an illustrious career in the enterprise software sector leading worldwide sales, professional services, customer services and marketing teams at five public software companies, including Bladelogic, BMC, Ariba, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) and GeoTel. Most recently, McMahon served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Services at BMC Software. Prior to BMC, McMahon served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Customer Services for BladeLogic. During his tenure at BladeLogic, the company grew over 100 percent year over year and McMahon played a key role in transforming the company from its start-up stages to its successful initial public offering (IPO) in 2007 and ultimately its $872 million acquisition by BMC Software. John was VP-Worldwide Sales at GeoTel where he grew sales to $52M prior to a $2B acquisition by Cisco. Prior to GeoTel, John was at PTC as the SVP Worldwide Sales as sales grew from $1M to $1.1B in 9 years. McMahon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Matt Jacobson, General Partner, ICONIQ Capital


Matt Jacobson is a General Partner at ICONIQ Capital investing in ecommerce/mobile and enterprise software/SaaS companies. Prior to ICONIQ, Matt held operating roles at Groupon and investing roles at Battery Ventures and Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV). Ed Gillis, Business Consultant and Private Investor


Ed Gillis has worked as a business consultant and private investor since January 2006. In 2009-2010, he was an Executive Adviser at Skype, where he was engaged by Silver Lake Partners in connection with that firm’s acquisition of Skype. Previously, Gillis was an interim Chief Financial Officer of Avaya Inc. He also served as Senior Vice President of Administration and Integration at Symantec Corporation and he has held Chief Financial Officer positions at Veritas Software Corporation, Parametric Technology Corporation, and Lotus Development Corporation. Before joining Lotus, Gillis was a Certified Public Accountant and Partner at Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. Since 2006, he has served as a director for a number of organizations, including Bladelogic Inc., Endeca, Inc., EqualLogic, Inc., LogMeIn Inc., Sophos Plc., and Teradyne Corporation. John T. Chambers, Executive Chairman, Cisco

John Chambers is Executive Chairman of the Board at Cisco. In this role, Chambers leads the Board of Directors and provides advice and counsel to the CEO and Cisco leadership on the company’s strategy, digital transformation and strategic partnerships. As a working chairman, Chambers is focused on country digitization and building relationships with government and business leaders, shareholders, and board members.
