Shruti Tahiliani is a Manager of Culture and Talent at Sprinklr, part of the company's Talent Acquisition and Recruiting organization. Her involvement with the Sprinklr blog comes in the capacity of a culture and talent subject-matter expert rather than a staff writer, and her contribution shares the growth journey of a fellow Sprinklrite, exploring how curiosity, mentorship and stepping into the unknown can turn a coordinator role into a leadership one. She joined Sprinklr in 2021 as a contract Recruitment Coordinator during the height of the pandemic, and over the past four years has embraced flexibility, sought out development opportunities and transitioned into leadership, now supporting her own team's career growth. She has also co-led Sprinklr's We Care: Pan-Asian Network, championing shared experiences, mentorship and allyship, and holds a Master of Science in Human Resources.
