Today, I’m very excited to announce that Sprinklr is named a 2021 TSIA (Technology & Services Industry Association) STAR Award finalist for Best Practices in Education Services! The award recognizes Sprinklr University as delivering outstanding best practice education services to customers, partners, employees, and the public.

For more than 30 years, the STAR Awards have been one of the highest honors in the technology and services industry, recognizing commitment to outstanding innovation, leadership, and excellence.

Sprinklr’s recognition highlights the company’s commitment to empowering everyone from CMOs to practitioners to access educational offerings that help them get the most out of Sprinklr’s unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform and find new opportunities to be more successful in their careers.

Sprinklr University participated in the TSIA Star Awards for the first time, hence why the recognition of becoming a finalist is a critical milestone on our path to becoming a leading innovator in this category.

This achievement would not be possible without the greatest commitment of Sprinklr University team members to excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and Sprinklr Values. In this time of pandemic (despite being apart) we came together to set a best practice approach to Sprinklr Education and deployed it by passionately, genuinely caring for our customers, moving forward every day, being fearless to what is ahead, and never giving up. I want to thank everyone involved for their contribution and efforts to make it happen.

Learning opportunities with Sprinklr University

Sprinklr University's vision is to become the most loved Education Team ever by seamlessly enabling Sprinklr users to realize Sprinklr’s full potential from day one.

In the last 12 months we have launched on-demand CXM Certifications, introduced contextual in-platform training, shifted to learning through virtual hands-on experiences, and engaged with strategic accounts during onboarding. This is just the beginning of facilitating Unified-CXM education in the industry.

Sprinklr University includes the following learning opportunities:

1) On-demand and free certifications via Sprinklr CXM University. Take free courses such as Sprinklr Marketing Manager Pro and Sprinklr Service Supervisor Pro.

2) Public training workshops. Virtual webinars designed to enhance knowledge of the Sprinklr platform.

3) Private training classes. We offer custom classes created specifically for any customer’s needs and delivered using their Sprinklr environment.

At Sprinklr we often talk about having a “growth mindset” (advice from Carol Dweck’s book, Mindset) which encourages us to believe that we have the power to learn and improve.
