Widget Summarizer
Listening Dashboard
In this release, enhancements have been made to the widget summarizer, which are listed below:
Translate: You now get widget summaries generated in your platform language, ensuring a localized and seamless experience. Plus, you can use the new Translate option in the UI to view the summary in any language you prefer. For example, if your platform language is set to Arabic, the summary will appear in Arabic, but you can easily translate it into French or any other language you choose. This enhancement boosts accessibility and lets you consume insights in the language that suits you best.
Enhanced Mention Grouping in Widget Summaries: You can view all mentions used to generate the overall widget summary, giving you transparency and contextual relevance.
Benchmarking Dashboard
We’re excited to introduce the Widget Summarizer in the Benchmarking dashboard. This one-click AI+ feature delivers clear, actionable insights directly from your widgets and doesn't need multiple drill-downs. Access high-level summaries instantly and pin them next to your widgets for quick, focused updates. The Widget Summarizer boosts productivity, speeds up time to insights, and helps you make smarter, faster decisions.

Bluesky Social Network - Integration for Backfill
In this release, once the topic is created or updated, you can backfill all the topics.
TikTok Content Listening
We’re excited to introduce the TikTok Content Listening Dashboard, designed to help brands stay on top of conversations that matter. This new feature automatically pulls in all videos and comments that mention your TikTok Business account using @mentions, giving you a real-time view of brand visibility, audience engagement, and emerging trends. With deeper insights into how your brand is being discussed, you can fine-tune your TikTok strategy and respond proactively to audience conversations.
Benchmarking-Owned Content Performance with Industry Average on TikTok
We’re excited to introduce the TikTok Benchmarking Dashboard , which allows you to compare engagement metrics from your owned TikTok accounts with industry averages. This feature helps you evaluate performance, uncover trends, and refine your content strategy based on how your brand stacks up within your industry.
Note: To access benchmarking data in Sprinklr, your TikTok Business accounts must be connected and authenticated. Unlike other social channels supported in Benchmarking, TikTok does not support the addition of public URLs. As a result, authenticating your business account is essential to enable engagement metric comparisons with industry benchmarks.
Snapchat as a Listening Source
Snapchat is now available as a listening source, allowing brands to monitor public content such as Stories, Spotlight videos, and Saved Stories to understand how their brand is being discussed on the platform. Please note that Snapchat’s listening capabilities are limited to creators who have explicitly granted permission to share their data. As a result, only profile and content data from authorized creators are accessible, and data availability depends on what each creator chooses to share. Only these permitted profiles can be tracked and analyzed within your reporting tools. Refer to the article for more details.
Snapchat as a Benchmarking Source
Snapchat, a popular platform for short-form content favored by younger audiences, is now available for benchmarking. This feature enables brands to analyze creator performance and engagement trends on Snapchat. Please note that data is only accessible for creators who have explicitly authorized access. Only these authorized profiles can be tracked and included in your benchmarking reports. Refer to this article for more details.
Note: There are certain criterias for using Snapchat as a Benchmarking source
Only a limited set of creators have granted this permission.
Data availability depends on what each creator has chosen to share.
Only creator profiles that meet the required authorization criteria can be added for tracking and analysis.
If a creator has not provided the required permissions, their data will not be available for access through the platform. Creators will also have to register in order to access.
Product Insights
Partial Update Option in Configurator Import
Previously, with the update operation, any fields (not just custom fields) that were not included were getting blanked out. This made partial updates risky. Now, fields not present in the file remain unchanged, making updates safer and preventing accidental data loss. You no longer need workarounds like full catalog exports or multi-select picklists for simple field changes.
Dashboards
Duplicate Dashboard Names - Listening and Benchmarking Dashboards
Dashboard names must now be unique, creating a new dashboard for both Listening and Benchamarking with a name that already exists is no longer allowed. Existing dashboards with duplicate names remain unchanged until they are edited.
Improvements in Trend Forecasting- Listening Dashboards
We’re excited to announce our trend forecasting feature, designed to help you make proactive business decisions by predicting future performance.
Based on the metrics and datasets you select, Sprinklr uses a mathematical forecasting model to project values for upcoming dates. This feature is available when you display data from the “Last 365 Days” on Daily Aggregation on Line and Spline widgets.
Forecasts can be seen for up to 90 days into the future, which can help your team to plan ahead with confidence.
Social Listening

In this release, we’ve made it easier than ever to create powerful Listening Dashboards by integrating the Use-Case Hub directly into the workflow. Instantly unlock tailored insights with pre-built themes that organize your data by sentiment, trends, and behavior with any manual setup. Just enter your vertical, sub-vertical, and brand to get a fully customized dashboard in moments. This enhancement speeds up reporting, helping you make smarter, faster decisions.
